Step 1. Search options
You can get the optimal selection of suitable properties by specifying the necessary parameters in the search filter.
You can also entrust us with finding a property by calling +7 (495) 770-35-35 or sending a request with your apartment requirements to info@updk.ru.
Our online catalog allows you to quickly familiarize yourself with the entire real estate portfolio of GlavUpDK available for rent to individuals. The catalog contains detailed descriptions of each property, including the apartments and the buildings they are located in, as well as information about nearby infrastructure.
Step 2. Sign up for an inspection
Viewing appointments are made through an online application on the page with the description of the specific apartment.
Once we receive your application, our manager will prepare and send you a viewing order with all the necessary information.
By contacting the management company and scheduling a convenient viewing time, you will be able to personally ensure that the property meets all your requirements.
Step 3. Conclusion of a lease agreement
If the apartment is up for auction, you need to participate in the auction. The procedure for participating in electronic auctions is available at this link.
If the apartment is not up for auction, you need to inform the GlavUpDK manager at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, whose contact information is provided in the viewing order, and send a "Rental Agreement Application" to GlavUpDK at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. After receiving the application, our manager will prepare a draft rental agreement and invite you to visit GlavUpDK to sign it.
Standard form of the fixed-term residential rental agreement (pdf, 125 Kb)
During the decision-making process, we recommend that you also discuss with the manager future arrangements such as parking organization, phone service connection, internet, and satellite TV. These services are provided to tenants by the relevant GlavUpDK departments and are not included in the rental cost (for more details, see the Related services section).
Step 4. You have become a tenant
After signing the agreement, a Handover Act for the rental (lease) of the premises is drawn up.
At the same time as signing the Handover Act, you will receive the keys and a pass.
Within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the agreement, you need to pay the deposit.
GlavUpDK at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia provides its tenants with comprehensive assistance and qualified support regarding apartment registration. Detailed information is available in the "Related services"/"Registration in rental apartments" section.
To obtain information about concluded agreements and issued invoices, you can register in the Personal Account.
